Welcome to Nba Studio   We are a medium sized architectural firm based in Bloemfontein, Free State Province, South Africa. We concentrate on developments in the Free State, Northern and Eastern Cape but have undertaken isolated projects throughout South Africa. Our client base is almost exclusively in the private commercial sector, and includes the well known Georgiou group of trusts, Rancen Investments, Elcan Educational Trust, Vodacom, Absa Props and various other individual property developers. We have also acted on behalf of 3rd party developers for Sun International. Specializations in : We consider ourselves specialists in the field of commercial property development, including retail shopping, corporate banking facilities, office developments and -refurbishment, as well as hotels, housing scheme developments, resort development, medical facilities and restoration projects. We have also undertaken educational projects for the Dept of Public Works.
