A Forensic Architect is an expert who provides technical analysis, reports and testimony if necessary in court. We provide forensic technical services towards the resolution of litigation and claims arising out of a wide range of activities for the plaintiff or defendant and would normally be contracted by the acting lawyers. We could be involved in mediation or arbitration dispute resolution processes.

Parties involved can include injured parties, insurance companies, property owners, property developers, facility designers, construction contractors, architects, engineers, project managers maintenance companies and other providers of building services.
